對上一次好像是2年前,
這次做了牛油撻皮, 
很鬆化,好好吃

Hello Bakery, your tarts are very sucessful. I failed many times already. Since I cannot view your receipe, do you mind to share with me by sending me your recipe pls? The cookie skin was too soft/wet, but the egg were bit hard/dry. Do you have any techinque? I tried few receipes but still failed to make a good one at last.

I really wish to make a sucessful egg tart, so that I can share with my beloved daughter.
