Personal Space Bubbles 肢體活動與暖身
Tell the students that everyone has his or her own “personal space bubble.” Hold out your arms to illustrate the personal space bubble around you. Then ask the students to stand up and hold out their arms to define their own personal space bubbles. Explain that when the students are “in” their personal space bubbles, they are not to touch anyone or anything and should not have eye contact with anyone except you.
告訴學生，每個人都有自己的「個人泡泡圈」，將雙臂伸出，比劃出你自己四周的泡泡空間，然後請學生站起來，伸出雙臂，畫出他們的泡泡空間，要提醒學生，在「泡泡圈」內，不要與其他學生交談也不要碰任何東西，除了你以外，也不要和任何人有眼神的接觸。
Let the students experience the following activities in their personal space bubbles!
下列的暖身遊戲，請學生在自己的「泡泡圈」內來體驗：
Shake Out 甩甩手動動腳
Give instructions to the students for moving specific body parts. Have the students “shake out” each body part and move some body parts simultaneously. Example: “Shake out your right hand. Now shake out your whole arm. Shake out your left foot...wiggle those toes!”
帶學生動動身體的特定部位。讓他們「甩甩」每一個部位，同時移動一些其它的部位。例如：「甩甩你的右手，再來，再甩甩你的整隻手臂。甩甩你的左腳，再轉轉腳趾頭！」
Walk, Walk, Walk 走、走、走
Ask the students to walk... 請學生走動時：
● with the beat of the drum ● 跟著鼓聲走
● on snails ● 慢走
● through tall grass ● 穿越高高的草叢
● on hot pavement ● 走過滾燙的柏油路或人行道
● on ice cubes ● 走在冰塊上
● as soldiers ● 模仿士兵走路的樣子
● as space people ● 模仿太空人走路的樣子
● as apes ● 模仿猴子走路的樣子
● as kings or queens ● 模仿國王或皇后走路的樣子
Move To The Beat 跟著節奏走
Instruct the students to fall to the ground and get up as quickly as possible when they hear a drumbeat. Then ask the students to fall down and get up to the beat of the drum.
請學生放鬆，躺在地板上，當學生聽到鼓聲響起時，立刻站起來。讓學生聽著鼓聲的節奏來倒地、起身。
Believing Is Becoming 相信就能成真
Tell the students to become... 請學生想像自己變成：
● a bubble floating in the sky ● 在天空飄浮的汽球
● a puppet ● 小木偶
● a caterpillar crawling on a branch ● 在樹枝上爬行的毛毛蟲
● a clock ● 時鐘
● a windshield wiper ● 汽車雨刷
Time To Change 我變、我變、我變變變
This activity will allow students to explore the process of change. Ask each student to be...
這個遊戲可讓學生探索變化的過程。請學生化為：
● a withering flower ● 一朵凋謝中的花
● uncooked spaghetti noodles becoming soft, cooked spaghetti
noodles
● 生的意大利麵條，逐漸變成煮熟的軟麵條
● jeans in a washing machine... and then jeans on a clothesline
● 在洗衣機裡的牛仔褲，洗好之後，變成晾在曬衣繩上的牛仔褲
● frozen ice cream placed in the hot sun
● 放在太陽底下的冰淇淋
