Google backlinks

Do Google list more important backlinks?
When we use google SE search backlink [ link:site-domain ]
I know this way google do not list blacklinks most of time.
and I know yahoo may list more backlinks too.
But my question is : do these backlinks have more importance than those BLs
which do not list by Google?
