哪一國血汗工廠最嚴重？

美國商業週刊這一期討中國工廠如何逃避國際勞動檢查，其中一篇是用了一個ＮＧＯ的調查資料，比較幾個開發中國家的勞動條件。
我覺得中國勞工面臨的一個大限制是，相較於其他拉丁美洲國家，他們沒有獨立工會。而且，談勞動關係不能忽視政權性質----亦即中國的威權主義對組織及抗爭的各種限制。
