No, this area, this is the first time in many years.
That is why, they are, there were not fully prepared.
If they were,
they should have been evacuated much earlier.
Just because they stay in where they live and,
but you see, they didn't learn,
they didn't realize how serious this disaster was.

夠了，視台灣人民如敝屣到如此的地步，
對待災民一律以「THEY」，真是諷刺！
口口聲聲說的「THEY」是為台灣這塊土地賣命台灣人，
如今卻一副撇清關係的模樣，真是可惡！
