剖腹產手術對於產婦及嬰兒的危險性_evidence-based

自然產好？還是剖腹產好？

產婦與醫師對生產方式的協商，有賴於可信並充分的資訊提供，尤其是各種生產技術的風險評估。拉梅茲國際組織（Lamaze International）發表了一份關於「剖腹產手術對於產婦及嬰兒的危險性（The Hazards of Cesarean Surgery for the Mother and Baby）」之聲明報導，全文奠基於「evidence-based」的研究，並且十分詳細地列出資料來源，值得參考。（全文可見於：http://www.lamaze.org/client_files/policies/Hazards%20of%20Cesarean%20Surgery.pdf），重點摘要如下：

待產與生產的姿位與自然分娩的關係

國立台北護理學院於95年3月3-5日及3月10-12日分別於台北及台中辦理兩場有關陪產員(Doula)工作坊。在工作坊中不斷強調醫護人員及陪產員在照護產婦及其家屬的重要觀念—「維持生產的正常」(keep labor normal)，其中引用Lamaze Institute認為促使產程正常的六大要素：
