菜名:魚子雙層肉
份量:6人份
材料:
• 雙層肉 150g
• 烏魚子 30g
• 高粱酒 50c
烹飪程序:
• 將烏魚子身上的薄膜撕去,泡於高粱酒內並翻20分鐘。
• 平底鍋加熱到100度熄火將烏魚子雙面煎至微焦切斜長片備用。
• 雙層肉切6長方形以棕櫚監至雙面微焦起鍋將切好的烏魚子片疊再肉片上。
Recipe Name: Striped mullet with double slices of meat
Quantity: 6 people
Ingredients:
• two slices of meat 150g
• striped mullet 30g
• Kaoliang Spirts 50cc
Procedure:
• take the membrane of the mullet roe off, and soak into the Kaoliang Spirts for 20 minutes
• heat the pan untill it is 100 degree, then turn off the gas. put the mullet roe on the pan and fry it till it turns to a little scorched in both sides. after frying the mullet roe , carve it into slice and long shape.
• carve the meat to 6 pieces as the shape of rectangle, fry them with cabbage palm till they are scorched. put the mullet roe on the meat, then put them on the plate.
