AN CAFE is schedule to perform at Nippon Budokan on January 4th 2010.
Fans and many other people had high hopes for AN CAFE, but unfortunately they announced that they will stop band activities after the Nippon Budokan concert. An official announcement was posted on their website. “Each member deemed it was necessary for them to have some time to recharge, so that in the future when they get back together again they will be better able to show and perform at a higher level.”
AN CAFE will release their 4th album ‘BB パラレルワールド / BB Parallel World’ on September 9th.
From the very next day they will start their nationwide tour of small to mid-size venues titled ‘LIVE CAFE TOUR'09 キング オブ [King of] NYAPPY GO AROUND’. In November and December they will then embark on their ‘Zepp Tour’ [Zepp are a group of venues owned by a subsidiary of Sony, with each housing around 2000 people.] called ‘LIVE CAFE TOUR'09 キング オブ [King of ] ZEPPY GO AROUND’.
As was mentioned above, a detailed notice was put up on the top page of their official website. “When the band once again begins activities, the members want to perform at a much higher level than before. For that the members felt they needed time to reenergize themselves. The members have also decided that each of them would like to improve their skills apart from each other. The conclusion to suspend activities was reached on positive terms. …After the band stops their activities each member will concentrate on pursuing individual interests, and will make preparations for the eventual regrouping of AN CAFE.”
