其實我覺得<傷心>的封面沒有必要更換
並不是我故意唱反調
而是舊版<傷心>的封面與內文是完全契合的

舊版封面畫的是藍色的黎明
黎明是海安最痛惡的時刻
因為在黎明他失去了海寧

那片藍色的大海
就像馬蒂最後遺留的咖啡杯
那樣無邊無際的深藍


我認為這個封面才是濃縮了<傷心咖啡店>精髓之作

我想,隨著世代的改變...也許不同世代會對封面有不同的思維...
只要傷心一書的內容還在,精神也隨之「存在」

畢竟，封面只是表象...

只要作者本身沒有意見~~~ 或者作者對於封面新的賦予,有新的意象產生
也許，隨著書封新的封面產生，會有新的意念延展～
未嘗不是件好事囉．．．

我們這些老讀者，應該也是樂見新的讀者群產生吧！！　^^

舊的封面很傷心咖啡店
常在想馬蒂咖啡杯的藍，是什麼樣子的藍
舊封面的傷心咖啡店之歌，很沉很穩很低調
是本放在姐姐房間架上，我東翻西翻都不會想主動拿出來的一本書
但，事隔一年偶然又亂翻姐姐書架
看著封面的藍，想像著這本長篇小說故事裡可能出現的場景
舊封面，已經深植在心中
舊封面的藍＋想像中的藍＝我的傷心咖啡店
改變不改變，都已經無所謂了
最富感情的那本傷心咖啡店之歌，包著書套在最有安全感的距離
抬頭望的著，的一本，荒島書

看到投票封面的組合Ｃ，好．王安憶的感覺喔
我只是直覺反射，如果陳列在架上
第一個反應是王安憶的新書嗎？
p.s是沒錯，王安憶最近也出新書了

其實﹐封面對於推銷一本書﹐的確是有影響。如果書本身不是很有名﹐或是作者剛出
道的話﹐很多人會因為書的封面如何而決定買不買的。其實﹐當時要不是一個很要
好的網友跟我推薦﹐我看到舊版傷心的封面也不會有想主動去翻的慾望。而燕子是
既然看了傷心覺得喜歡﹐就順便看看燕子。同時﹐標題也要能很引人注意﹐就算沒
看過的人﹐都會記得曾經聽過、或是在書架上看過這本書。

對了﹐這個活動事實上是我跟九三萬小姐建議的﹐因為自己喜歡畫傷心裡面的角色﹐
可是沒有掃描機﹐而且不是科班出身﹐畫功不怎樣﹐所以很好奇有沒有其他人看了
以後也會想像書中角色長怎樣﹐然後畫出來。

所以﹐我真的很希望看看別人都怎麼畫的﹐可是怎麼目前為止大家都在討論舊版傷心封面﹐而沒有人貼作品上來阿﹐少璘姐的讀者群都太害羞了嗎﹖

我想不是因為害羞,而是因為沒辦法完全掌握住人物的神韻吧?例如吉兒好了,她高挑細瘦又帶有批判性,然而又有點張狂,對於海安和保羅表現出不同情感,這種特質豐富到難以掌握,而不是畫一個膚淺的美女就可以的.不過這也只是我對吉兒的看法,在每個人心中應該都有自己的吉兒吧!

ㄧ本書注重的是精髓
而<傷心咖啡店之歌>已經深植在腦中很多年了
對我個人來說...
吸引我的絕不是ㄧ本書的封面
而是背面從內文節錄出來的內文
已經很深很深的吸引我的注意
