1.(1) 療癒是什麼？就是兩顆心靈歡心地認出彼此原是一個生命的那一念。

Healing is a thought by which two minds perceive their oneness and become glad. 

1.(4-5) 如果你不選擇全然的喜悅，自然享受不到自己心裡並不想要的東西。不要忘了，靈性深知「我有」與「我是」其實是同一回事。
If you do not choose to be wholly joyous, your mind cannot have what it does not choose to be. Remember that spirit knows no difference between having and being.

1.(14) 只要你能接受「世界只是一種觀念」，那麼小我對「給予」與「失落」的錯誤聯想便會當下瓦解。
 If you can accept the concept that the world is one of ideas, the whole belief in the false association the ego makes between giving and losing is gone.

2. (2-5) 想法唯有給出才會增長。
相信者愈多，其力道愈強。

世上每一物都只是一個觀念而已。

那麼，「給予」與「失落」之間豈有任何關聯？

Thoughts increase by being given away.

The more who believe in them the stronger they become.

Everything is an idea.

How, then, can giving and losing be associated?

4. (10-11) 真知一向是無遠弗屆的，而且絕不會與任何一物為敵。縱然你永遠不可能失去它，你卻能阻撓它的來臨。

Knowledge is always ready to flow everywhere, but it cannot oppose. Therefore you can obstruct it, although you can never lose it.

5. (7) 聖靈永遠與上主的兒女同在，祝福他們創造的一切，且以喜悅之光護守著它們。
The Holy Spirit will remain with the Sons of God, to bless their creations and keep them in the light of joy.

6. (1-2) 即使是妄造，上主仍會尊重自己兒女所造之物，只因它們出自聖子之手。但祂會賜給聖子另一種思維方式，提昇他們的知見，昇到幾乎與祂觸手可及之地。
God honored even the miscreations of His children because they had made them. But He also blessed His children with a way of thinking that could raise their perceptions so high they could reach almost back to Him.

1. 「天國就在你內」，這句話確實令人費解。因為這不是小我所懂的是，他最多只會把此話理解為：原本在外之物成了我內在之物。這一詮釋實在沒有太大的意義。其實連這個「內」字都是多餘的。天國「就是」你。除了你以外，造物主還創造過什麼東西？除了你之外，祂豈有其它的天國？整體遠超過部分的總合，這句話道盡了救贖訊息的全部內涵。

It is hard to understand what "The Kingdom of Heaven is within you" really means. This is because it is not understandable to the ego, which interprets it as if something outside is inside, and this does not mean anything. The word "within" is unnecessary. The Kingdom of Heaven is you. What else but you did the Creator create, and what else but you is His Kingdom? This is the whole message which in its totality transcends the sum of its parts. 

3. (2-5) 小我是分裂之後的產物，只要你相信天人分裂一天，它就繼續存在一天。小我必會設法獎勵你堅守這一信念。然而，它的獎勵不過是給你一個暫時的存在感，以它的開始作為你生命之始，以它的結束作為你生命的結束。他告訴你，這一生便是你的人生，因為那正是他自己的一生。

 The ego arose from the separation, and its continued existence depends on your continuing belief in the separation. The ego must offer you some sort of reward for maintaining this belief. All it can offer is a sense of temporary existence, which begins with its own beginning and ends with its own ending. It tells you this life is your existence because it is its own.

4. 凡是與小我認同的人，便無法相信上主是愛你的。你無法愛自己所造的一切，你所造之物也不可能愛你。小我既是由否認天父而生的，它自然也不會忠於自己的製造者。你如此痛恨自己所造的自我，自然難以想像上主與造化的真正關係。你一邊把分裂的決定歸咎於小我，一邊又對親手打造出來的小我戀戀不捨，內心勢必充滿衝突。人間沒有一種愛不是愛恨交織的，世上也沒有一個小我嚐過毫無衝突的愛，那對它簡直是不可思議。只要心靈真正想要愛，愛必會出現眼前，但它不能三心兩意。換句話說，這渴望不能夾雜愛恨交織的情緒，毫不受制於小我想要「取得的本能驅力」。

You who identify with your ego cannot believe God loves you. You do not love what you made, and what you made does not love you. Being made out of the denial of the Father, the ego has no allegiance to its maker. You cannot conceive of the real relationship that exists between God and His creations because of your hatred for the self you made. You project onto the ego the decision to separate, and this conflicts with the love you feel for the ego because you made it. No love in this world is without this ambivalence, and since no ego has experienced love without ambivalence the concept is beyond its understanding. Love will enter immediately into any mind that truly wants it, but it must want it truly. This means that it wants it without ambivalence, and this kind of wanting is wholly without the ego's "drive to get."

5. 有一種經驗，與小我給你的一切截然不同，只要經歷過一次，你再也不願掩飾或隱藏它了。請容我再提醒你一次：正因你如此相信黑暗，存心隱藏真相，才會使得光明不得其門而入。聖經多次提到「天賜於你的無限寶藏」，可是你必須親自去要才行。這一條件與小我對你的種種設限大不相同。它彰顯出你之為你的崇高偉大。

There is a kind of experience so different from anything the ego can offer that you will never want to cover or hide it again. It is necessary to repeat that your belief in darkness and hiding is why the light cannot enter. The Bible gives many references to the immeasurable gifts which are for you, but for which you must ask. This is not a condition as the ego sets conditions. It is the glorious condition of what you are.

6. 世界沒有任何比你的意志更強大且尊貴的指引力了。從這一點來講，你與上主一般自由，而且永遠如此。讓我們一起因我之名而祈求天父，讓你隨時覺知祂對你的愛以及你對祂的愛。祂絕不會讓這一祈求落空的，因為你求的正是祂一心所願之事。凡真心呼求祂的人，必會如願以償。「除了上主，你不可朝拜其他神明」，只因除了祂以外，沒有任何神明存在。

No force except your own will is strong enough or worthy enough to guide you. In this you are as free as God, and must remain so forever. Let us ask the Father in my name to keep you mindful of His Love for you and yours for Him. He has never failed to answer this request, because it asks only for what He has already willed. Those who call truly are always answered. Thou shalt have no other gods before Him because there are none.

7. (8-10) 我絕不會遺棄你，正如上主不會遺棄你一樣；可是你若決心遺棄自己，我只好等待下去。我會在愛心與耐心中等待，終有一天你會回心轉意，向我發出真實的祈禱。只要你的祈求一心不二，我必會親自答覆的。
I will never forsake you any more than God will, but I must wait as long as you choose to forsake yourself. Because I wait in love and not in impatience, you will surely ask me truly. I will come in response to a single unequivocal call.

But remember that laws are set up to protect the continuity of the system in which the lawmaker believes.

7.小我實際上是靠比較而存活的。眾生平等的觀念非它所能理解，以愛心相待也非它能力所及。小我的給予絕少出自富裕之心，因為小我的誕生就是為了取代富裕之心。

Your worth is not established by teaching or learning. Your worth is established by God. As long as you dispute this everything you do will be fearful, particularly any situation that lends itself to the belief in superiority and inferiority.

8.小我就是人心中認定「自己是完全獨立自主」的那個觀念。

The only sane solution is not to try to change reality, which is indeed a fearful attempt, but to accept it as it is.

10.救恩說到究竟，不過是指心靈恢復了正見而已，它尚未達到聖靈的一體心境，卻是回歸一體心境的必備功夫。正見能將心靈自動導向下一個階段，由於正見不含任何攻擊性，使得妄見毫無立足之地。一旦放下判斷之心，小我便無以為繼，自然銷聲匿跡。

The ego is afraid of the spirit's joy, because once you have experienced it you will withdraw all protection from the ego, and become totally without investment in fear. Your investment is great now because fear is a witness to the separation, and your ego rejoices when you witness to it. Leave it behind! Do not listen to it and do not preserve it.

若憑小我之力，你是解救不了自己或任何人的；你若藉助於靈性，不論為自己或他人，你卻無所不能。
Of your ego you can do nothing to save yourself or others, but of your spirit you can do everything for the salvation of both.

只要你願意，我就能取代小我，但絕不會取代你的靈性。
I will substitute for your ego if you wish, but never for your spirit.

在這世界，你無需苦難的考驗，因為我已戰勝了世界，為此之故，你該活得歡欣鼓舞才對。
In this world you need not have tribulation because I have overcome the world. That is why you should be of good cheer.

在「特殊之愛」中，總有一方要付代價的，
因此它的佔有性以及
排他性都特別強烈，
我們若以「量」的方式
來衡量自己的付出與獲得，
那麼，「給予」無異於「失落」，
難怪這類的愛不論在
婚姻、親子、朋友或師徒之間，
常常充滿了嫉妒與鬥爭。

A Course in Miracles

導言

1.      疲備等於活得了無靈氣(dis-spirated)，而充滿靈氣表示活在靈性裡(in the spirit)。你若以小我為中心，必會使你失去靈氣；但若能真誠地以自性(Self)為中心，你必會充滿靈氣或活在靈氣裡。

 To be fatigued is to be dis-spirited, but to be inspired is to be in the spirit. To be egocentric is to be dis-spirited, but to be self-centered in the right sense is to be inspired or in spirit. .

2.      你若由靈性發言，表示你決心「靜下心來，知道我是上主」。

 If you speak from spirit you have chosen to "Be still and know that I am God."

3.      十字架的訊息其實只有一個，即你有戰勝十字架的能力。在那以前，你甘願釘死自己多少次，是你的自由。但那絕不是我所要傳給你的福音。

The only message of the crucifixion is that you can overcome the cross. Until then you are free to crucify yourself as often as you choose. This is not the Gospel I intended to offer you.

壹、正授與正學

II. Right Teaching and Right Learning

1.      老師與學生的學習過程其實是一樣的。他們都在學習的階段，除非雙方確有共修的意願，否則他所教的會缺乏說服力。

Teacher and pupil are alike in the learning process. They are in the same order of learning, and unless they share their lessons conviction will be lacking.

2.      凡是出自小我的，絕不可能通往靈性；凡是出自靈性的，也不可能通往小我。靈性既無法助長小我，也無法幫它減輕內在的衝突。小我本身就是矛盾。你的自我與上主的自性向來勢不兩立。不論從兩者的緣起、發展取向及後果結局來看，它們都是截然相反的，絲毫沒有和諧共存的餘地，因此知見無法了解靈性，而小我又沒有真知的本事。

 Nothing can reach spirit from the ego, and nothing can reach the ego from spirit. Spirit can neither strengthen the ego nor reduce the conflict within it. The ego is a contradiction. Your self and God's self are in opposition. They are opposed in source, in direction and in outcome. They are fundamentally irreconcilable, because spirit cannot perceive and the ego cannot know. 

3.      靈性無需受教，小我卻有待教導。小我對學習必然視之是為畏途，因為學習雖然不至於毀滅小我，卻會使小我消失於靈性光明中。

Spirit need not be taught, but the ego must be. Learning is ultimately perceived as frightening because it leads to the relinquishment, not the destruction, of the ego to the light of spirit.

4.「教與學」算是你此生最大的本事了，因為它們不只潛移默化你的心靈，還能幫助他人回心轉意。
Teaching and learning are your greatest strengths now, because they enable you to change your mind and help others to change theirs.

When you laugh at yourself you must laugh at others, if only because you cannot tolerate the idea of being more unworthy than they are.

只要你還想要充當現實真相的作者，你必會緊抓著自己的判斷不放。

Yet if you wish to be the author of reality, you will insist on holding on to judgment.

於是，你會開始害怕，因為你相信這一評判中有一天會落到自己頭上。

You will also regard judgment with fear, believing that it will someday be used against you.

只要你還相信判斷是保護主權的有力武器，那一信念便會永遠在你心中作祟。

This belief can exist only to the extent that you believe in the efficacy of judgment as a weapon of defense for your own authority.

唯有那些已經完全放下排斥心態的人，才可能知道自己是不可能被排斥的。

Only those who give over all desire to reject can know that their own rejection is impossible.
