blek le Rat出生於1952年法國巴黎，他被稱為版模之父。 具有繪畫和建築的學能。 1981年在巴黎開始從事板模創作。
英國版模藝術家Banksy承認了說受blek le Rat的影響。

我想唯一不一樣除了國籍外！創作的原點都是令人為之一亮！我承認：在誠品，在兩本（台灣人噴出來與blek le Rat）抉擇之中，我選擇了後者...雖然他一本高達快20歐圓....但是影響我甚大！

法國人，1952年出生於巴黎， 1981年他在巴黎開始從事他的創作，被稱為板模藝術之父，據說是他先使用了與原物一樣大小版模，他投入的當時Banksy才剛進入國小就讀。
Banksy
英國人，1975年出生於布里斯托爾，他也承認說受了blek le Rat的影響。ㄧ個堅持不顯露自己真正的身分的人。
很多人都以為是同一人
