This week Dr. Hsieh invited Dr. Lyu who gave us a good speech to class. Dr. Lyu is the a professor in the Department of Industrial and information management, and he is good at management. He collects many good examples about well-operation companies. In this week's speech he shared us something about Franz. It is a good story for us to learn, and I thought I derived a great benifit in this perfect speech. I like this way in class. We can learn much with relaxed mood by means of case study.
Besides class, I am very afraid of my research proposal. What am I afraid of ?
I think I am just afraid of English. Though I've tryed my best to improve my English ability , I could not see my progress. I have to spend much time on writing something in English, and I always doubt of the correctness of my writing.
But I know what I have to do, I must do my best to do the thing right. I will practice and practice, and I hope I can deliver a good research proposal.

After this week's class, the group 4 present the something about questionnaire.
Besides, we also talk about "Likert scale" in class. I still have a problem.
Many literature usually use the regression to analysis the questionnaire data. But in my opinion, I think the regression must to be use to analysis the continuous data. The questionnaire data is collected such as Likert scale, I consider that maybe these data must be classified to discrete data. So, I think that we have to use dummy variable to deal with the data first, then we can use the regression to analysis these data. But many literature seem to use the mean of Likert scale and then use the regression to analysis these data directly. It is the doubt for me to confuse this week.
