1) 星期二跟爸媽到Richmond沾仔記去吃粥粉麵飯, 叫了一盤白灼腰膶. 我這個人是挺喜歡吃腰膶的, 吃的時候還想著怎麼才能將腰膶煮得這麼又軟又脆.......那知道我媽吃的時候立刻把他吐出來, 裡面是紅的.

這東西沒有煮熟 ( ಠ益ಠ)
怎辦, 我都全吞進去了 ;_;


2) 最近某人傳了一些奇怪的漫畫過來. 駕籠真太郎真是有夠病態...
不過, 我現在是真男人啦哇哈哈哈哈哈 (what)
關於他我就說這麼多, 想知道更多的自己去查吧 (´ー｀) (不要啊啊啊)

3) 學期的最後一個星期, 之後就是考試了. 這禮拜就是什麼都要交的所謂"week of doom" (trademarked by rania) 壓力........orz||||

This is more like my facebook status, actually....

I just had another midterm on Monday~!
We all know what that means, so let's see how Dk flunked it this time~

It was the second math 317 midterm, and as usual, I did some minimal studying....
It turns out that I managed to make up some answers for most of the exam except...the first question, one of the most basic and fundamental things I should have learned from the course. Calculating the line integral.

I spent much of the alloted time trying to figure out/remember a process to calculate line integrals, but in the end I couldn't do it and left the question blank (!!!!)
The dumbest thing, though, was that the process was written directly on the exam.

For those that don't understand (the people who know...well, they are not reading my blog), I was stuck on something like "Calculate the area of the rectangle as given: 5 x 3" and I spent my time wondering what the hell was the formula to calculate the area when it was written there clear as day !!!!

讀書週回來上課的第一個禮拜, 我就有連續三個midterm, 而且都是computer science的....

現在是星期五, 我剛好在一個鐘頭前熬完最後一個midterm, 趁現在還記憶猶新blog下來吧,
反正都兩個禮拜沒更新了..(雖然幾個月不更新也不會怎樣) <--喂

因為連續三天都有考試, 所以dk這禮拜都在過非人生活...
每天熬夜不吃晚飯不剔鬍子...(刮鬍刀忘在家裡了)
所以在這禮拜傍晚找不到我是應該的 -- 我在補眠 -v-
(只不過晚上熬回來的時間根本沒有在讀書....)

成果如何呢?
前天是cpsc304, intro to database systems, 知道的東西一半一半, 希望過吧..
昨天是cpsc310, intro to software engineering, 比想像中簡單很多, 根本是常識+背書, 應該沒什麼問題吧?
今天是cpsc313, computer hardware and operating systems, ......

...
嗚嗚嗚....

我走進考場之前就已經準備要fail了, 只不過...
我竟然忘記他是open book exam了 OTL

textbook 沒帶, notes都在電腦裡, 我根本是坐在那邊等死...
而因為連日來熬夜, 腦袋根本動不了....


最近開始擔心會被大學踢出來了.
周圍的人都在飛黃騰達, 連我哥也做到project head了.
我要在這深淵待多久?

Great, so much for starting to cook for myself next year.
aaaaaah, commute.

星期三.

一點整, 在Main Library趕數學功課.
做著做著, 直昇機的聲音在頭上嗡嗡作響.
功課做不下去了, 兩點鐘去Buchanan上課.

三點下課, 有一個鐘頭的空閒, 到了Asian Library看歷史書.
因為去了Asian Library, 所以沒有像平常一樣走Main Mall.
四點鐘到Dempster上課也因為這樣而沒有經過BioSciences.

快到Dempster的時候, 我媽打了電話過來:
"喂? 你沒事吧? 電台說UBC有突發事件, 什麼BioScience building那邊圍著好多消防車跟警車啊!"
原來那台直昇機不是用來報導交通的啊.
"有這回事? 我沒事, 我的課不在那邊."
"警方說沒事不要出門, 你也要小心一點啦!"

五點鐘, 回宿舍的途中. 利用獨自一人的時間思考.
發現旁邊在講電話路人在講我正在想的事情.
這幾小時內, 有多少個突然接到消息的爸爸媽媽焦急地打電話問自己的子女的平安?

經過BioSciences, 剛好看到後門一台警車走人, bookstore那邊的入口停著三台新聞發送車, 還剛好看到兩個電視台作現場直播的片段. 當然也有人湊熱鬧.
繞到正門, 全場已經被黃色的封鎖線層層圍住, 裡面還有兩名警員在那站崗.
本來應該要拍個照的.
可是這種事.......
不是值得留念的東西.

就這樣, 我就回宿舍了.
