我的自然律例以文找文

上個月朋友從南台灣寄來兩本養生書,今天他問我看了沒。其實我有大概翻了一下,其中一本《自然律例》內容完全與我的作息相反。書中說地瓜要早上吃,可我的地瓜都是當宵夜,作者說不能用手機,可我有兩支。

我的「自然律例」是:隨時吃、隨時睡、隨時寫、隨時看書、隨時爬山、隨時上網。颱風天就是要看書,晴天就是要爬山,雨天就是要上網,大白天就是要上班,深夜不談情就是要睡覺……。我以為這樣才叫「自然」。

 

為了他的好意,我晚上再次看了《自然律例》。書裡所寫的,好像是住在一個我所不認識的星球上的生活:晚上九點睡,早上五、六點起床吃地瓜、白飯及蔬菜,七點就消化完排泄……

養生,可能為了要吃個養生餐就得把自己累死或是被限制

每個人的身體有自己的習慣,順應自己的生活,找到平衡的規律就好了!

如果真的依此作者所言去實行,
豈不是要四點就起床盥洗做早餐,
才能在五、六點吃到營養豐富的「地瓜餐」,
按時在七點以前去如廁,把所吃的都消化完全...。

如此一來,恐我還沒因癌症而死,
就為了準備養生食物壓力倍增、睡眠不足,
而減短壽命了。

除非我生在富貴人家,有個ㄚ嬛專門服侍,
每天天未開光即為我張羅地瓜早餐及蔬果食品,
出門前再給我一盒「超營養午餐」,
晚上一進門又有香噴噴又健康的養生晚餐,
真幸福啊!

Dear Friends,

In the past 12 years, the author, Ms Chen Chien Chen helped herself and thousands of people get well from sickness and diseases. She just shared her experiences with people and readers. You don't have to follow what she teaches in the book, if you are healthy enough. But for others, especially those people with chronic health problems, such as cancer, diabetis, heart disease and so forth, this book may help them out of the difficulties. I am lucky to have oppotunity to observe the author and her class attendants, and so amazed to find so many sick people got benefit from what she taught. If you are not sick, you do not have to follow the princle 100%. If you will give it a try, you will find it is really amazing.
