Sarah擔任英語線上教學已經有一段時間。她還曾經有幾年時間，在客戶服務中心擔任美國客戶代理工作；也曾任職加拿大公司的電話行銷專員。
 
Sarah很喜歡線上教學的工作。教導亞洲學生(韓國和日本)的教學經驗給了她更多的信心去追求她的夢想~成為一名優秀的線上英語老師。她認為，透過語言溝通與描述描述能力，是與世界地球村互動的最終途徑。學習英語，不僅向世界打開了一扇新的窗口。同時也可以把學習變成是一個有趣和非常有益的經驗！Sarah閒暇時喜歡閱讀懸疑小說，網路蒐尋更多訊息和學員分享。
 
Sarah has been teaching English online for quite some time now. She also spent years working as a customer service agent with American Clients and as an online receptionist of a Canadian company.
 
Sarah also enjoys teaching online. Her teaching experience with Koreans and Japanese students gave her more encouragement and made her more confident in pursuing her dreams to become an outstanding online English teacher. She believes that one of the ultimate ways to describe and interact with the world is through the universal language. Learning English language opens a new window to the world. It can be a fun and a very rewarding experience! Sarah is also fond of reading suspense books, surfing the webs.

來自加拿大的Margaret ，在世界各地從日本到英國、香港；目前回到加拿大。她有近7年的教學經驗。她喜歡冒險和開闊她的視野，藉由世界各地教學經驗她完全可以理解學習不同語言的困難度以及學習一種新語言並了解​​不同文化和提升價值觀。非常活潑外向她喜歡所有的體育活動，還包括電影，寫作，素描，在必要的時候她也會自己動手做木工。Margaret很樂於結識新朋友，並分享她活潑的個性，她將會讓你面帶微笑，享受生活。她是一個非常有耐心的老師，也非常樂意幫助不同年齡階段而且熱愛學習的學生們。
 
 
Margaret has had almost 7 years teaching experience around the world; from Japan to England, Hong Kong to Canada. Her completely solo and very broad adventures have given her such appreciation for different cultures and realization of how difficult it can be to learn a new language. Margaret loves all sports, movies, writing, sketching and has also been known to swing a hammer as a carpenter when needed. Loving to meet new people and share a laugh with her bubbly personality, Margaret will have you smiling and enjoying life. She is a very patient teacher with many experiences to draw from, helping students of all ages love learning.

Evanthia有十多年的教學經驗。她曾擔任輔導ESL為基礎家教老師，她的學生裡都來自不同年齡的學習者。她非常清楚學生在學習外語的困難。她喜歡在上下文引導中引申英語學習，這樣可以使學生能實際把語言運用並且能表達出有意義的對話。她的座右銘是“讓學習英語成為一種樂趣！''。她的教學風格是有組織，有系統，能幫助學生順利通過英語檢定考試。除了教學，她也曾擔任過5年採購和營銷的經理，因此，對於想學習商業英文的學生們，她知道如何幫助學生提高他們的商務英語，談判技巧，闡述自己的業務計劃等。
同時她也是一位經驗豐富的專家雅思(IELTS)教師，她知道如何幫助學生通過考試，並為他們提供與得分較高的提示和技巧。她是一個非常友好，耐心，靈活的教師也會根據學生不同的學習風格調整她的教學方式和節奏。她目前住在希臘同時也塞薩洛尼基亞里士多德大學繼續進修藥劑學。她喜歡讀書，旅遊，烹飪，結識新朋友。
 
Evanthia has about ten years of teaching experience. She has worked as a home-based ESL tutoring learners of different ages. She is very aware of students’ difficulties in learning a foreign language. She likes to teach English in context, enabling students to learn from actual language use and to practice meaningful conversation,, her motto is ''Making learning English Fun!''. Her teaching style is organized and systematic, helping students to pass English proficiency exams successfully. Having worked as purchasing and marketing manager in an offshore company for 5 years she knows how to assist students improve their Business English, negotiation skills, elaborate their business plans e.t.c.
She is an experienced online IELTS teacher , knowing how to assist students to pass the exam, providing them with tips and tricks for higher score. She is a very friendly, patient, and flexible teacher who will adjust her teaching based on students’ learning styles, pace, and necessities. She is currently studying Pharmacy at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She likes reading , travelling, cooking and meeting new people.

Mia目前定居在美國, 並且在俄亥俄州立大學完成英語教學碩士。Mia擁有五年的英語教學經驗，她曾在雙語小學擔任ESL老師，也曾指導過不同年齡層的學生。她具有國小合格英語教師證，也取得華語教學師資班的認證，因此相當瞭解學生學習外語時的困難。她喜愛透過「情境式教學」教授英語，使學生能學習真實語言的運用，也能盡量練習有意義的對話。她的教學方式具有組織性及系統化，因此學生通常能順利地通過英語檢定。赴美留學及擔任IDP雅思IELTS評閱人員的她，也熟知如何協助學生為出國留學作好準備。她是個對學生非常友善、有耐心，且能靈活變通的老師，隨時根據學生的學習風格、步調及需求調整教學，最重要的是，她非常鼓勵學生在英語學習上能不斷超越自我，並同時注重建立學生的學習自信心。

She is certified in teaching both English and Chinese. With this professional background, she is very aware of students’ difficulties in learning a foreign language. She likes to teach English in context, enabling students to learn from actual language use and to practice meaningful conversation. Her teaching style is organized and systematic, helping students to pass English proficiency exams successfully. Having studied in the US and having worked as a rater for IELTS at the IDP, she also knows how to assist students in preparing for studying overseas. She is a very friendly, patient, and flexible teacher who will adjust her teaching based on students’ learning styles, pace, and necessities. Most importantly, she strives to encourage students to excel and build up their confidence in learning English.

獨創口語評估分析
為台灣唯一以加拿大、美 國籍老師為主的美語線上學校。安排每位學員課前進行真人一對一線上英文口語評估( Oral Evaluation)。根據評估結果報告，與海外老師即時連線；依照學員個人學習需求，指派適 任 老師。
 
專業教學團隊領軍
主要團隊是由英語教學第二外語(ESL)及英語外語(EFL)學者、教授所組成。這些專業人員致力於我們線上英語教學服務的教學設計，可依個人、公司需求，為廣大客戶群提供最有效率的語言培訓方案。
 
課前試聽學習規劃
每位學員在開課前都將與外籍顧問進行線上一對一英文教學試聽，迪瑪一對一線上英文教學的評估測驗是根據劍橋ESOL共同歐洲語言機構CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning )程度分級。我們根據學員的弱點，並和學員討論學習目標後，依個人不同需求安排課程內容，真正達到因材施教，有效提升學習效果。
 
美加老師真人授課

來自美國的Shirley老師, 是迪瑪線上英語學習教師團隊裡少數幾位較年長的老師之一, 因為將教學視為終身志業, 二十年前從美國Kentucky 到Quzen擔任美國口音訓練中心( American Accent Training )的英文老師時, 便愛上亞洲文化, 自此一直定居Quzen 至今, 除了教授生活會話, 她也教授商業英文及多益考試, 是位和藹有耐心的老師.
 
Shirley is definitely one of our most experienced teachers. She has worked at various schools, institutions and for religious groups who require a native American teacher. Besides being a conversation teacher and teacher of Business English- Shirley works in many niche markets of ESP (English for Specific Purposes). These niches include American accent training, American idioms, Idiomatic expressions, TOEIC exam preparation, and storytelling. She is a professional and experienced teacher who takes her career as an English instructor to heart. Always willing to go that extra mile for her students to provide the utmost service she is a treasure of a teacher.

Rose過去曾在美國的電信通訊公司的客服部門服務。因此在教授電話英語溝通技巧及商業英文有非常好的經驗與學生分享，這也使她在商務英語方面成為受歡迎的老師。除此之外, 她教導生活會話之間，也很注重聽，說，閱讀，詞彙專業分類教學。Rose的個性非常活潑，喜歡與任何年齡的人的交談。她對教學的熱情和分享她的經驗，讓許多學生覺得學習英文是一種樂趣。
 
 
Rose has been working as a team manager in a Customer Support department for a Telecommunications Company in the United States. Her background in handling communications-related businesses makes her an effective mentor on Business English. She also works as an English teacher in between her work schedule and specializes in Speaking, Reading and Vocabulary classes. Rose is very bubbly by nature and enjoys conversations with people of any age. Having the passion to teach and share her experiences, she could have you enjoy studying as you enjoy life itself.

Teacher Nina教ESL英語已經有相當長的時間了。她對亞洲的學生ESL英文教學經驗豐富。她認為人與人之間溝通是很重要的，所以她非常樂意和學生溝通她並認為線上學習語言可以很好玩並且可以和世界做連結！由於英語已成為一個連接整個世界非常重要的技能 - 無論是商業，教育 - 她渴望成為一位能幫助學生並且協助學員達成目標。
 
Nina has been teaching English for quite a long time now. She experienced teaching ESL to Asian students. She also values the importance of communication amongst people all over the world and believes that learning languages can be very fun! As English has become such an important skill for connecting with the world at large – be it for business, education or pleasure – She is eager to do all she can to support you in reaching your goals.
