感謝你們對這張專輯的支持，最早的想法，是想在冬天的季節裡製作一張全部自己創作的耶誕專輯，卻又希望可以結合環保及愛樂理念的想法來製作它，最後在英爵協會的極力幫助下完成了這張【Green City幸福城市】冬季環保愛樂專輯。

專輯中有四首改編的傳統耶誕歌曲，希望大家可以感受到很不一樣的Jazz耶誕氣氛。另外兩首自己的中文創作歌曲，一首是針對環保Green City的嚮往充滿愉快放鬆的節奏及心情而作，另一首歌曲的創作動機是來自《嘉義市國際管樂節》因為有了參與管樂節的活動所以靈感就忽然的跑了出來，哈哈！管不了也擋不住呀！所以就以近Jazz百老匯曲風加上東西方管樂配器的idea去寫了這一首。

專輯中每一首歌曲都附有音樂伴奏加上簡單的樂譜，讓愛樂的人可以很容易的跟著音樂伴奏一起演奏。專輯包裝是以paper only的idea去設計的。

對我來說，this isn't just a music album，這次推出專輯的主要目的，是希望可以傳達【Green City 幸福城市】的訊息，因為能居住在一個有綠能且熱愛音樂文化的城市，是會讓人感到幸福的。可以先改變自己，改變城市，再來改變世界。我們可以的！加油～

Dear All:

Thank you for all the supports on this album. The initial idea was to produce a Christmas album for the winter season, at the same time, include the environmental and philharmonic concepts within the album. In the end, I made this【Green City幸福城市】winter album with the joint support from the EJEM Association.

In this album, there are four re-edited traditional Christmas folksongs for everyone to experience a different Christmas mood using jazz arrangements and other music styles. There are also two songs written by myself. One is filled with delightful and relaxing rhythms to express the longing for a happy Green City. As for the other song, the inspiration came from participating in the Chiayi City International Band Festival. The song is based on the idea of joining wind/brass instruments from the Eastern and Western culture, and it is presented using Broadway Jazz music style.

Simple music scores are included for every song in the album to make it easy for everyone who wants to play along with the music. (Backing tracks are included in the CD). The album packaging is designed base on the "paper only" idea.

To me, this isn’t just a music album. The main purpose for this album is to convey the message of【Green City幸福城市】, because it's such a blessing to be able to live in a green energy city that are filled with the love for music. We can start by changing ourselves, the city, and then ultimately, to change the world. We can do this!!
