拍紀錄片像什麼？

像戀愛。

一開始，不經易你看到某個心動的對象。
（一開始發現令你心動的題目。）

兩年前，有個人寫下這些字，塞在枕頭底下，清洗烘乾又清洗，歷經兩年又十四天後，枕頭主人終於發現了。

模糊皺折間紀錄著什麼？當時的天氣是潮濕的嗎？

他是誰？而我又認識他嗎？

初秋可能記得當年的立夏，但是前年的、大前年的呢？

記憶斑駁。作者終將被遺忘...

這是一位初拍紀錄片作者的看片報告，藉著回家功課來跟記憶肉搏（因為記性太差永遠記不住一句完整對白），跟自己辯論（因為看完電影吃吃喝喝不想壞朋友興致嚴肅討論），跟想像中的作者對話（以一個觀眾的身份，因為「評論」兩字位置太高，不小心會跌死）...

但是，還沒看片的朋友最好不看這些字，腦袋空空去卡好啊！

遠處白雪皚皚的維蘇威火山，寧靜而明亮。看到毀滅者與被毀滅者，在陽光底下構成這樣一幅安詳的圖畫，有一種異樣的感傷...《龐貝的末日》(Pompeii The Last Day)
