HW：
 There is a law called 'good Samaritan'. The law states that when an intention of a person who performed first-aid measure was purely to save the patient's life, the person should be protected by the law despite the result of the action.
As far as I am concerned, Ms. Su-In Lee was aware of a problem she might face. When she performed the operation after the patient fell knowing she definitely would face such consequences.
HW：
 Being able to act as what you believe in! Sometimes such action might look foolish and reckless. However, because not everyone can do it, we probably dare to call it “courage”Although there was a mistake against her intention, Ms. Su-In Lee's action seems courageous, thinking about others before safety of her own. I believe she should be protected by the law of 'good Samaritan'.

SI：
 Yes.
Professor 1：
 The intention of saving the patient was innocent indeed. However, based on the circumstances, you clearly broke the school rule. If you are faced with same situation, what are you going to do? Please answer the question.
SI：
 If I am in a same situation again, I will do the same.
Professor 1：
 Does it mean you are not reflecting on your conduct?
SI：
 I am really sorry about causing problems to many professors because of me…
However, my belief that a patient's life is the most important under any circumstances have not changed.
Professor 1：
 We will finish the disciplinary committee meeting here.

I can understand the feeling of loosing a long dream of yours, now that I quit school.

 You really dropped out of your school?
Jack：
 well a person like you shouldn't become a doctor.
SI：
 But I am not going to give up my dream. What I wanted was not becoming a doctor; it
was being helpful to people who are sick. But it is not only a doctor's job. I hope you
don't give up your dream either. Take care.

 The law is an effort of human beings trying to create a principle. Therefore, it is
hard to find a law that fits right in with a situation. A principle not a case! It is

 Is it true that you had performed cricothytomy by yourself?
SI：
 Yes.
McDeer：
 When did you become a doctor?
SI：
 It was Urgent…
McDeer：
 Do you think anyone can play with mess when things are urgent?
McDeer：
 Doctor's license gives the right and the responsibility to the people who can treat
patients. Do you think you have that kind of right and responsibility? If anything goes wrong, people will consider you as a murderer no matter how
noble your intention was.
SI：
 I will take the responsibility.
McDeer：
 What can you possibly be responsible for, as a mere medical student without a
license? McDeer: We can't overlook this problem even if the patient gets
stabilized. Probably, this will go through professors' meeting and send to the
disciplinary committee. You should just stay put till they some up with what
they'll do about you. You are dismissed.

 This clip shows a standard procedure of S-mart when they detect a theft.
S-mart is arguing that all the stores take the same procedure. However, as you can see here there was no use of violent language or strip searching. If what S-mart is arguing is true, it is clear that the victim, Susan Williams was mistreated which was deviated from their policy. This cannot be explained other than by her skin color.

 Each patient would be different but it is possible.

 Are you saying if it is bad enough it could lead to a heart attack?
SI：
 Yes…

 If so, an angina pectoris patient skipping her important medicine, as well as drinking vodka which is hard liquor are very risky behaviors like running into fire covered in oil?
