糖醋排骨麵
多謝GIGI好介紹﹐記熟”12345“就有糖醋排骨食﹗
12345就是﹕
1 TBSP 酒 (我用了玫瑰露)
2 TBSP 醋
3 TBSP 糖
4 TBSP 生抽 (原食譜是生抽老抽各一半)
5 TBSP 水
我先爆一爆排骨﹐然後落以上12345去炆。

原來甘簡單……但唐酒…… 可唔可以用紅酒代替呀…… 系呢到容易買多D啵。

gigi said can use any kind of wine, according to her: "什麼酒也可, 因為佢有糖, 會搶了酒的味道, 所以此酒只供除"so" 味用"
actually can't feel much the wine, so i think even not use is not a big problem.
Hey Grace, I just cooked this dish not long ago but I replace the water with pineapple juice. The outcome was excellent! Even Andy who does not like ribs eat a lot. so "q"! i am moving to yahoo hk blog too! i am trying to copy the old entries here to there...however, seems that if i don't first upload the pics in the album there, the pics can't be showed...so that's quite alot of work.

when marco saw the ribs i cooked, at first he told he eat only one (as he has other things to eat) but finally ate 2, he also think is yummy. Next time i will try the pineapple juice instead.
