Where are the dangerous and safe places?
Dear all,
So far you have done a great job to do a research on disasters, like earthquake, hurricane, flood, and typhoon. It is interesting to read your facial expression when you meet the disaster. Right now would you please observe the surrounding of your school and home? Please find out the safe and dangerous places, describe them and tell us how to prevent from the disaster.
Keep working and good luck
Susan

Welcome Shiva from Iran~~ Earthquake Supply Bag
Dear all,
Let's welcome our friend, Shiva from Iran. She is very lovely and has a cute "meow" voice. She also brought an earthquake supply bag with her. There are a bandage, a flashlight, batteries, a whistle and so on. If an earthquake happens, she will be survive with it. Do you think those things in the bag are enough to survive in a big earthquake like 921? What else do you want to put in the bag to be ready for preparing the earthquake? Please share with us your opinion.
with love,
Susan
PS. Link it to see the photos

Earthquake shakes South Asia
I feel very sorry to hear that such a horrifying natural disaster took away many peopel's lives. One of school buildings even collapsed and many young students were buried underground. It reminds me of one of my university classmates, who lost his younger brother and his house. At that time, he had a very difficult and tough life. I really cherish what I have and so many friendly and lovely friends around me. Seize our time to be with our family, friends, classmates, teachers, and relatives.

Introduce yourself
Hello, everyone
Nice to meet you. This is Susan Kuo from Taiwan. I am teaching English in Ruei-Fong Junior High School. Stduents and I are interested in the natural disasters happened in Taiwan. We hope to find out some way to deal with them. If we know how to stay with those disasters, we may not see another tragedy happened one day and help other countries to deal with similar events. Wish all of us to contribute our ideas and do something for it. Let's start from introduction and let us know who you are, what you like, where you are from, and all about yourself.
