        對於大部分的人而言，首要當然要趕快把貸款還完，利率當然希望越低越好，理財型房貸其實只適合有投資能力的貸款戶，有能力將貸款用於更高報酬的的投資。以目前的利率而言都還算低，約都在2-3％多，投資要高於此利率應屬容易，因此就適合理財型貸款，但利率趨勢是往上走的，當利率到5-6％時，投資報酬率要高於此水準就不容易了。所以貸款時要看長遠，畢竟一貸下去就是20年的事，但你的投資報酬率能年年高於貸款利率嗎？因此還是要慎思自己的投資理財能力！

陳宥聰從來不看技術指標買賣股票，而是以基本面與財務指標選股。他的核心選股指標有5項：

1. 產品要有高市占率

2. 近5年平均ROE（股東權益報酬率）＞15%，或者高於同業

3. 盈餘再投資比率＜80%

4. 稅後淨利＞5億元

5. 本益比在12倍以下


符合這五項條件的個股才是陳宥聰心目中的理想標的。雖然以他的財力要買動輒3、500元的高價股並非難事，但50元上下、又符合上述條件者，才是他眼中的幸福好股票。

    　　在某個雞尾酒會上，張先生從口袋裡掏出一張千元大鈔，向所有的來賓宣
佈﹕他要將這張千元大鈔拍賣給出價最高的朋友，大家互相競價，以50元為單位，
到沒有人再加價為止。出價最高的人只要付給張先生他所開的價碼即可獲得這張千
元大鈔，但出價第二高的人，雖無法獲得千元大鈔，仍需將他所開的價碼如數付給
張先生。

    　　這個別開生面的「以錢買錢」的拍賣會，立刻吸引了大家的興趣。開始
時，「100元」、「150元」、「200元」的競償聲此起彼落，到價碼抬高到「500
元」時，步調緩和了下來，只剩下三、四個在競價。最後只剩下王先生和林先生在
那裡相持不下。

    　　當王先生喊出「950元」時，張先生彈一彈他手上的千元大鈔，曖昧地看
著林先生，林先生似乎不假思索地脫口而出﹕「1050元！」這時會場裡起了一陣小
小的騷動。張先生轉而得意地看著王先生，等待他加價或者退出，王先生咬一咬
牙，說﹕「2050元！」人群裡起了更大的騷動，林先生擺一擺手，喝口雞尾酒，表
示退出這個「瘋狂的拍賣會」，大家才鬆了一口氣。

    　　結果，王先生付出「2050元」，買到那張「1000元」鈔票，而林先生則平
白付出了「1050元」。兩人「平分秋色」，各損失的「1050元」都納入了張先生的
荷包。

Recently, I found a pretty new library near my house. Today, I went this library. It is built in 2005 and this is my first time to go in the studying room of this library. There were few people in the studying room and the equipment of the library was pretty new. The environment of the library was comfortable for studying. I planed to go to this library by day in the next days.

Today, I went to光南 shopping some things to decorate my room by bus. This is the first time I take bus after this operation. I cost more than 800. The weather on that day was so hot. Afternoon, I started to decorate my room. I think I have a perfect philosophy about the decoration of my room!

Today, I went to 長庚 Hospital for subsequent consultation. This consultation is decided about one and half month age but my order is 50! I complained to my sister about this. Then, I was curious about how long the patient with NO.1 order to make an appointment with the doctor. When I see the doctor, it cost little time to talk about my condition. Then, the doctor made an appointment with me after one year! One year! Such a long time! When I go out the doctor’s visit room, I found my order after one year is 22! More than ten! Now, I am really more curious about the No1 patient!!

Today morning, I went to my lab to get some things back to home. When I arrived in the lab, the familiar feeling is so strange. At that time, there were no other in the lab. I cleared up my stuff then went home.
