鬥鬧熱的嘻嘻表演，與一段往事
這次，鬥鬧熱受cc Garden嘻嘻樂園之邀，參與了Taiwan CC作品大匯演。我跟南宏很早就到了，所以跑去金三角吃了個越南河粉，然後再去唱片行逛了一下（我買了林生祥《種樹》），回到The Wall時，正在試播嘻嘻樂園的宣傳影片。豬頭皮大哥很慷慨地送我們一人一片DVD，然後他們開始練團，火力十足，豬小妹好像很熟悉麥克風的掌握了，很有潛力喔。美親跟她農專的同學一起到，我們也很榮幸請到這位農友幫我們錄影。Lupin騎腳踏車從醫院趕來，在開演前仍把握時間猛K隔天要在醫院報的paper。
這場演出，鬥鬧熱的每一首歌都是人聲與吉他的樸素組合。照例，都是從Lupin的<相思>開始，然後美親唱<相思歌>，我唱<月光>，南宏唱<南國哀歌>，最後再由Lupin唱<前進>結束。由於時間有限，每首歌之間不像以往表演穿插賴和詳細的生平介紹與台灣史，然而這樣一首接著一首的樸素表演，由於歌曲本身就有豐富的故事，而且鬥鬧熱也鬥得頗有默契了，因此也還算平穩。
豬頭皮大哥問我們說為什麼會想到用CC條款時，我當時在台上只說，是上網看到的。但這裡必須補充一下，其實在我大三時(2001)，發生了一件讓全國學生嘩然的事，就是
成大的MP3事件。這件事引起許多異議社團的關注，也興起許多討論。後來幾個學校的學生集結於成大，開始討論如何應對。當時我們組起了抵制IFPI行動聯盟。後來大家又集結到金曲獎會場，在星光大道旁邊抗議，並直接在場外示範燒錄MP3。
當時學生認為，唱片公司賣的唱片其實花了一半以上的成本來做宣傳，因此就音樂本身來說，並不應該賣如此昂貴的價錢。而且，唱片收入大多是給唱片公司賺走，創作者本身的獲利不大。唱片公司喊反盜版，其實沒有真正保障了創作者，反而只是保護自己的荷包。若要落實更合理的音樂市場，應該反省現有唱片市場的結構，甚至鼓勵音樂創作者走向更理想的贊助制。
當時的燒錄器還很厚重，燒起來很慢，但學生還是向現場民眾廣播說，只要花十元工本費，就可以來燒一塊好聽的CD。提供學生音樂的，是「黑手那卡西」和「飛魚雲豹音樂工團」。用一台陽春的筆記型電腦跟當時的龜速燒錄器來燒CD，真的很慢，但排隊的群眾卻很踴躍。當時學生喊出的，便是「還我音樂分享權」。
隨著電腦產品的日新月異，音樂的複製與流傳其實又更加便利了。iPod如今成為當紅商品，MP3手機更是人手一支。看著現在的世界，又回顧過去成大MP3事件的經驗，不但見證了制度、法律本身落後於需求的現實，也證明了當時喊出的「音樂分享權」是可能的。當我看到「搖滾主耶穌」專輯所採用的Creative Commons版權宣告時，自然大為驚喜，因此也毫不猶豫地跟其他鬥鬧熱成員商討可行性，而大家也都很認同這個理念。於是，鬥鬧熱就如朱大哥所說的，「自動自發」地使用CC創用的版權宣告。（文/OJ）
