A Lazybear's Stories【幸福小女人的故事】

People, especially Malaysian often not willing to voice out they point of views eventhough they are grievance (i hope i use the right word) against something / somebody. They always think that, naaah... it doesn't matter ; or, aiyah.. no use making complains one... ; or, err.. is ok. I don't wish to be the one who is victimised. I thought it only happens to the older generation?! but.. this group of kids that I was talking with this afternoon, they are ... ? Ok, I don't blame them. They don't know (I think) their RIGHTS and obviously, they forgot about the usage of COMMUNICATION (They are the futrue professionals in this field! ok... they just started their journey).

Erhm Erhm... Let me explain a little bit about RIGHT (from wikipedia once again). In jurisprudence and law, a Right is the legal or moral entitlement to do or refrain from doing something, obtaining an action, or thing recognition in civil society.

Yes my dearest ones, you paid for that. You have your RIGHTs to give your opinions, comments or even to complains. YOU PAID FOR IT. Didn't you want to get something in return after paying? I know, some of you might be thinking, What's the point? What will they do? They will probably tell you, we will take these into consideration, ONLY. It might not help if you complains for the first time. Can't you try for the second time, or maybe the third time? For me, at least you have tried. My philosophy, I won't give up, for certain things, especially if I am going to do it for a better future. You might describe as stubborn, but deep down inside me, I know I have my right. Don't tell me NO or YES, tell me why NO and why YES... Of course, I will do it at the right time to the right person at the right thing after taking other things into consideration.

My dearest ones, I am not asking you to fight or to quarel. I am asking you to TALK to the PD. My dearest ones, there are differents between talk, comments and complains (will write about the differences if I have chance next time). You need to be able to differentiate these 3 words, especially when you are in work.

My dearest ones, I have actually spent 4 hours to look for the first solution after the 45 minutes conversation with you. I took my trouble to wirte down the points and showed it to my superior. It shows how serious I am (and my superior) towards these comments that you had brought up. I am glad that you dare to speak up, eventhough to the wrong person (me). It doesn't matter, at least you have tried. I will try my best to help because I know, you tell me because you trust me. I am dissapointed at the same. No one reply my tag which is related to this blog. Will you tell me if I don't go into the library today? Will you tell me if I am not there to listen? Sad......

I am super duper tired today. I didn't want to blog tonight, but I promised sombody and I have got an important task to complete tonight for her (actually is a group of them). Yes, I have conveyed the message. YOUR MESSAGE HAS BEEN CONVEYED... to the PD. Eventhough I am not sure what will they do next or are they going to take their time to improve it. Trust me, it doesn't matter if it doesn't succes this time, but you are making things better.

Whoever read this blog, I hope you will be there at 3pm in the PD's office this Thursday. If I am willing to take trouble and spent 4 hours and 45 mintues for you, then please do me a small favour. Tell the PD what you have told me. The most important thing is that, please be there. Otherwise you will lost my trust, forever. Because I have done my part, now is your RIGHT to choose.

I was in a meeting today. We actually the VIPs were the discussing about the future for various schools and the future of education. I was amazed by my COO. Every simple word he used become s powerful suddenly. I guess this is because he has a good communication skill. From his speech, I then realized that how important an objective would be for a person or a company. Without an objective, direction can't be set, so what more talking about success?! See, this is done through communication. I was told that communication is the TOP 3 preferred courses. Therefore, I really wanted to know, WHAT IS COMMUNICATION?

Again I went online and found the explanation for “communication”. Communication allows people to exchange thoughts by several methods. It can be categorized into 2 groups, auditory means and physical means. Therefore, when speaking about communication, it is important to know what type of things are communicated between what agents and with what kind of results. [www.wikipedia.org].

I cannot believe it... I GOT TAGGED for the first time. I found out when I was checking update on Szujane's blog. Those were the same questions appeared in Wyan, Jean, Nick and Eiran's blog. I find it very erm... boring and stupid, hence I didn't bother to read those FAQs. I didn't even bother to scroll down the screen when I saw the first few questions in Szujane's blog. I was about to click the small little cross on top right until I suddenly felt one kind. So I scrolled down and down and huhhhhh... It went and click on wikipedia and online dictionary then slowly click on post new blog, by the help of its best friend, the MOUSE. Thanks to Szujane! Well, never mind. To be honest, I have thought about it
