暌違十年的夢幻滋味以文找文

自從十年前開始吃素以後，有一個我本來很喜歡的滋味就一直無緣嚐到，那就是鹽酥雞。除了引以為憾以外，有一陣子我還覺得這或許是個不錯的商機。想必還有許多跟我一樣喜歡鹽酥雞滋味的素食者（沒有「雞肉」的「鹽酥雞」的說法可能有點奇怪，不過這應該有點像許多人喜歡不加蚵仔的「蚵仔煎」吧），實在不應該因為素食就被剝奪了享用這個台灣特色美食的機會。

到青輔會以後，偶而跟同仁吃飯時提起這個遺憾，有人說高雄還真的有「素食鹽酥雞」存在。上個週末到高雄參加在人力發展局舉辦的內閣座談會，拜同行的行政院素食同仁之福，終於有緣嚐到這家鹽酥雞的滋味。暌違十年以後，那實在是—


太令人感動的好吃了！


Cafe Philo的素食朋友，下次如果到高雄，別忘了到這家位於崇德路和華夏路口，7-11旁邊的「素食魯味，鹽酥雞」嚐一嚐「素鹽酥雞」的滋味。

原來麗君姐也喜歡「素鹽酥雞」哦，下次如果妳要吃的話，不用遠到高雄啦，因為在新莊運動公園門口前7-11的那一條街就有賣了哦，只是要晚上才有。
記得之前星期六假日晚上到新莊找朋友聊天，都會到運動公園走走、散散步，看著皎潔的明月，呼吸著清新的空氣，走累了，就坐在公園一偶的木椅上，細細地品嚐著剛從門口對面街買的「素鹽酥雞」，沒有平日的壓力，不用煩惱任何事，那時真是一種放鬆的最佳時段。
改天有空的話，可以請 伊雯 找個三五吃素好友，和麗君姐一起出去，來個素食食字路口，品嚐一下大台北各地的素食小吃及美味，當然要去的話，不要忘記算我一份哦^_^

我因為老闆吃素~~
所以也知道一些點吃素..
素鹽酥雞台北也有阿
1.士林夜市有一攤ㄋ..但是他出現ㄉ時間粉不定
2.天苑齋坊(台北市天津街68號)也有喔..但是就只 有素鹽酥雞和薯條
(對ㄌ~麥當勞ㄉ薯條今年開始素食也可以吃喔)
另外..我本來以為台北是素食沙漠..
但是跟著我老闆吃才知到..素食其實可以吃ㄉ粉棒ㄉ
我會盡快整理好~~po上來跟大家分享

台中也有素食鹽酥基：

在逢甲附近，河南路的巷子，巷子另一頭通逢甲路，
外面是賣臭豆腐、素麵線的（這家也好吃）。裏面有一家就是賣素滷味和鹽酥基。

好像台中其他地方也有…一時想不起來。

看到這張相片的時候.....說實在的，頗為吃驚這樣。

噗噗......我每次叢高雄市區補習回來都會去那邊吃咧 XD

不過....話說，後勁夜市那邊也有一家素鹽酥雞 XD

好棒喔.一定要找個時間去新莊吃吃看.在新莊住了7年多居然都不知道.我現在搬到後車站了.附近根本沒什麼素食店.更別說是鹽酥雞...(打從娘胎就吃素.沒吃過雞.更別說是鹽酥雞...)

我在佛光大學裡面的滴水坊
也有吃到素食鹽酥雞跟甜不辣喔
叫做 無我酥 跟 好運酥

聽說滴水坊在全省各佛光道場裡面都有
或許可以提供你另一個素食的選擇！
