Being an engineer, my approach would be:

date someone who has the same birthday as me, start dating on my birthday, hold her hands, kiss her and have sex with her on the same day and eventually break up on the same date as well.

Better yet, since my birthday is on Oct. 10, there's really only one number to remember: 10. How efficient is this?
