Pasta con le vongole
非常普遍的日常美味, 小蜆義大利麵^^
小蜆用的是急凍包, 因為新鮮的實在功夫多而且最討厭的是新鮮的有時有小砂～很難清潔....食着美味突如其來的一口砂眞是氣剎！:P
用蒜蓉少許温油取其味, 入己解凍沖淨去水的小蜆, 文火煮約2分鐘,加白酒少許～煮至白酒蒸發～加調味, 此時如太乾身可再加些欖檻油...加入洋香芹(Parsley), 拌入煮好的義大利麵即成^^
小蜆(le vongole) 的確是很細小^*^ 羊用的是最幼的spaghetti麵102號^+++++++++++++^
****小點子: 用急凍的小蜆就不用放洋葱了, 不然味道會被蓋着～蒜蓉也不要拚命放～要適可而止。
