這次要介紹的是上一篇[Some Where Out There]提過的蘇珊薇格ˇ
蘇珊薇格(Suzanne Vega).來自紐約.
被樂評界譽為民謠復興的新希望.
New York tims稱她為近年(當時)來最有潛力與創作力的女歌手.
此首[Luka露卡].選自她1987年發表的第二張專輯：「獨自佇立」(Solitude standing)
是其中最受激賞的作品.
也是流行音樂中非常少數描寫受虐兒童的歌曲.
這首歌為她獲得當年葛萊美獎：
年度最佳歌曲、最佳單曲唱片、最佳流行女歌手三項大獎的提名
一開始聽到這首歌.馬上就會被開頭前奏給吸引.
民謠空心吉他搭配電吉他.有力的鼓聲鏗鏘.
更能顯示受虐兒童的無助心境.
我很喜歡蘇珊的歌聲表達.
冷靜地訴說一個事件.
雖然歌詞內容是用"I"的第一人稱.
卻感覺像是受虐的當事人在說著另個人的故事一般...
