USA: I have been in USA for over 15 years. USA is descending, based on how they handle 911, and the local ISP monthly fee is still $40 ($15 DSL + $25 local phone) - $50 (cable, Comcast), just to name a few. If she does not change in the next 2 years, I am leaving her.
China: No, for the obvious reasons. ;=)
Japan: Been Japan for only 10 days, I know too little about Japan to comment. Anyone want to add?!!!
Taiwan: Though somewhat chaotic sometime, she is ascending. She is where I will return in 2 years.
