在行經上班公司的途中,有一家以播放爵士音樂的餐廳,玻璃牆上張貼著這一張圖片.....
爵士女伶Diana Krall。
來自加拿大的Diana Krall，雖然年紀輕輕，
卻已在爵士樂壇佔有一席之地。
1998年推出的首張專輯「Only Trust Your Heart」獲得四方讚譽，
以一個新人之姿，不但成為Billboard爵士榜冠軍幾乎達一年之久，
也為她贏得了當年葛萊美獎的提名。
1999年再接再厲推出「The Look Of Love」，
則是她大放異采之作。
除了銷量驚人，為爵士樂少見的白金唱片之外，
還終於得到了葛萊美獎「最佳爵士演唱獎」；
更難能可貴的是，
本張專輯也同時提名了葛萊美獎「年度最佳專輯」—
這是25年來，唯一一張獲此項提名的爵士音樂專輯。
Norah Jones繼她之後,也獲此殊榮。
