南半球的兩大名酒:Grange vs Constantia

上星期五J邀請我跟幾位前公司的同事參加他外國朋友的生日餐會，地點在La Petite Cuisine餐廳，但當天因颱風影響於是延後到上星期日才舉行。之前曾經看過不少人在網路上談論這家餐廳，對它的評價都不錯，我是第一次去所以期待會有驚喜出現。既然吃法國菜，我想搭配的酒應該是法國酒，所以我跟好友(也是前同事)決定帶一瓶勃根地的白酒去赴宴。就餐點的部份我點的是廚師特選前菜，龍蝦義大利細麵跟廚師特選點心，我對當天的菜餚十分滿意，但是當天的酒品裡面竟然有新世界的兩大”名酒”:澳洲Penfolds的Grange Hermitage 1980 和南非Klein Constantia的 Vin de Constance 2000。
