近幾年來由歐美引進新興的設計商品-圖像壁面貼紙，大多以自然為背景

主題。然而我們身處東方國家，有著中國人最傳統的禮儀文化。“吉祥”是對

未來生活的祝福和展望，是中國人對萬事萬物祝福的心理願望和美好祝願，將

傳統的吉祥圖案應用於壁面貼紙上使其有吉祥祝賀意涵。 

         之中，以「祈生盼子」、「功名進取」、「婚姻協和」、「日常生

活」、「慶壽吉祥」為主題的壁面貼紙，續以中國文化傳統社會中最常用的

吉祥圖案，搭配通俗、普遍而流傳於民間的動、植物或器物等。之後，取其諧

音，轉化各種吉祥話，以雕刻、繪畫、刺繡等美術工藝呈現的吉祥圖案，將圖

形做簡化，結合視覺幻象原理(圖地反轉、多義圖形)應用美的形式原理，產生

視覺設計上的趣味性，並將創作元素應用其意涵分為三大類（抑言，「沿其形

含其意」、「變其形含其意」、「變其形延其意」），期望能將「現代設計與

傳統文化的融合與創新」的理念來呈現之。

The wall sticker, a new design product newly imported and introduced from Europe

and the , is based on its background on the theme of Nature. However, in the Eastern

Country, we are culturally influenced by the (Chinese) culture of etiquette.

“Auspiciousness” suggests our wish and hope for our future life, which is also our

good wish for all the things. The theme of “auspiciousness” are commonly reflected

and applied on the wall stickers, bearing the auspicious meaning. The “auspicious”
 
wall sticker thematically suggests the themes as below: “bearing children,”
 
“prosperous in academic pursuit,” “good marriage,” “daily life,” and

“auspiciousness and longevity.” The themes always follow the auspicious graphics

in the traditional Chinese culture (with its similar sounds transmitted into Chinese

expression), the folklore sculpture, Chinese painting, embroidery, crafts and so on.

These images or graphics are reduced, with the visual theory, to produce the interesting
 
visual design. These creative elements can be divided into three and hope that the three
elements may reflect our ideal of the combination and creation between the modern

design and traditional culture.
