I'm confused; did you get to stay in the hotel or not? If not, they should 

refund the money or give a credit. I'm sorry it was so much trouble!

The ride to the ferry was long, 5 and a half hours on a bus with a stupid Thai 

program on; the volume was high and everyone on the program seemed to be 

screaming. Some sort of crazy show like your mother watches. I got the ferry 

and found the place Lori was staying but the staff was very rude and the beach 

was bad so we moved to another beach today. I wish you were here, I think we 

can snorkel very easily. But the hotel is very primitive. 500 a night but no AC 

(just a fan) and no hot water in the bathroom. I think my wife is too spoiled 

now and she would want to find another 4 star hotel... ;-) Anyway, Lori is 

sleeping so I will go for a beer on the beach and visit with tourists. We met 

some interesting Israeli guys yesterday. Love you, will tell you more later.

I did read but the first message said you couldn't stay in the hotel and had 

to stay in the airport. then the second one says you did stay in the hotel. I'm 

confused...do I need to get some money back or not? Had a Thai massage today 

from an old man with arms like steel; it still hurts...going so see some Thai 

boxing tonight...do you miss Thailand yet? I miss you!

Miss you more than Thailand? That is so sweet! Thank you. Ok, not worried 

anymore about the hotel. You can tell a joke but tell me at the end you were 

kidding.....Saw some Thai boxing last night. It was very entertaining but I 

don't know if you would have liked it. Maybe so. Anyway, am going to lie on the 

sand and read a book today and will go on a snorkeling trip tomorrow. Busy, 

busy, busy...when are you coming back here? Where should I meet you?

Hey sweetie! Sorry I didn't get a message to you yesterday. I didn't forget but 

the email was busy. We went snorkeling yesterday; it was pretty good. Lots of 

fish but the water was a little dark and rough. We caught the taxi into Thong 

Sala today and Lori got on the ferry; she should be back in Bangkok tomorrow 

morning. I decided to stay on Ko PhaNgan one more day and check out another 

beach. Unfortunately it started raining really hard so I might just stay in The 

town tonight and catch a ferry tomorrow, then make my way slowly back to 

Phuket. I might check out the east coast this time. Maybe I can find a beach 

that is calm enough to snorkel on.

Having fun but looking forward to seeing you; did you want any souveniers from 

Thailand?

Okay, do I run toward the water or away if there is an earthquake...I forget...

I miss you too. I think you would have liked Ko PhaNgan even though the hotels 

are not fancy; mine last night cost only 300 baht but I shared the room with a 

couple of geckoes. I think you can get better ones though. It's very easy to 

swim here. The ocean is very calm. Maybe when we win the lottery we can come 

back here...

I get on the ferry in about half an hour. The ride will take about three hours 

then I get a bus ride that might take 5 or 6 hours. I will be in Phuket city 

tonight but probably too late to get to the east coast so I will need to get a 

cheap hotel room. If I can find an internet place I will try to get online 

tonight but I've never been to Phuket City so I don't know the setup.

I will come back safely but I will also try to get you something...you better 

give me some hints or it will be something ugly or useless. I will try to 

remember the cigarettes (Mild 7 Regular) but remind me once more when I get 

close to leaving. Lori decided to take her camera because she is visiting a 

famous market in Bangkok before she leaves. If I see anything interesting I 

will maybe get a disposable camera and take some pictures. I might just end up 

lying in a hammock and reading my book.

8/8No internet last night, sorry! I rented a scooter and checked out the east 

coast. Today I took a boat to Phi Phi islands; if we can check it out again we 

should. Very beautiful. Still having fun but a little bit bored and lonely. It 

would be great if you were here but I will see you soon. I will look around for 

a sarong tomorrow; white with purple flowers if I can find one?

Anyway, try not to be too bored; I might check out some Thai boxing again 

tonight. Have a good sleep sweetie! Miss you!

Two typhoons? Oh yo! Thailand has been fun but I'm ready to come back. I don't 

want to be trapped in an airport somewhere waiting for the wind to quit 

blowing. I will remember the cigs and will look for your sarong today.
