[ Taipei Story House; 台北故事館 ] 
The old, fairytale-like house by the Taipei Contempary Art Gallery is the home to the Taipei Story House. When we were there, there was an exhibition on the life of the most ordinary people in our lives, such as a person selling food at a nightmarket stall, a street cleaner, a elementary school teacher, a traffic police, .. etc. etc. Everyone's life seems so ordinary but they are the building blocks of what we know as the large metropolitan Taipei City. The 2nd LErs-in-Taiwan gathering was at this restaurant near National Taiwan University. The decoration is quite exotic. A mix of Chinese & Indian & some Southeastern Asian feel. The food was kinda expensive ‘though for what it was. I ordered the “MILK TEA HOT POT” (as shown in the picture above). Of course it was salty. Hence, it’s kinda a strange combination. It’s not particuarly good or bad. It’s just something new...
