The art noveau entrance to the cafe of Musee des Beaux-Arts in Brussels designed by Horta. Loved the style! The art gallery was not so great I thought. It was big but it was big in the sense that the space was huge but there weren’t much super exiciting stuff to see so had to walk a lot just to get to places. The different sections also closed at different times during lunch time so it was kinda annoying.
Another art nouveau buliding - The Old England is the home to the Musical Instrument Museum.

Chamber music statues after you enter the main entrance.

Gallery St. Hubert in Brussels. As expected, most stores were not open on weekend. But luckly the chocolatier in other places in Brussels were open.
Musee Horta - the home to the father of Art Nouveau. It was very elegant and beautiful in the simple style. Wish I had a house like that! It was outside of the city centre (20min-tram ride). Took me a while to find the place ’cause tourist info didn’t have a map of the area outside of central Brussels. So had to ask around when I got there - en Francais When I finally found it, there was a long quene & I waited 40mins to get in. Almost wanted to give up. But glad that I didn’t!
The hostel where I stayed at while I was in Brussels. The design is quite modern and the colors are bright and lively.

One of my evenings at the hostel.

What the hostel group room looked like.
