喝茶的杯子和可 "續杯" 的海鮮土瓶蒸.
The tea "cup" and the "refillable" dobinmoshi (warm soup).

裡面的裝潢以黑與紅的強烈對比為主.
The interior decor is a modern mix and sharp contrast of black and red.

餐具的造型也滿講究. 旁邊的是前菜- 深海魚皮野蔬沙拉.
The dish to the right is appetizer: salad with the fish skin of deep sea fish.

另外一種前菜是櫻花蝦大根沙拉.
The other appetizer to choose from is the cherry blossom shrimp salad.

季節鮮魚刺身.
Seasonal sashimi special.

餐點的擺盤都很不同, 滿有創意的.

松露海鮮玉子蒸.
Truffles with steamed seafood + egg.
鹽烤鮭魚頭 & 日式蕈菇炊飯.

焦糖抹茶薯布蕾 & 紅豆提拉米酥.
Macha + sweet potato cream brule & the black bean tiramisu.

喝完後很順很舒服的熱洋柑橘茶(帶點薄荷味).
Warm herbal tea to close the evening.
