My last days in Toronto were spent at an alumni dim sum gathering at the Dynasty Chinese Restaurant on Bloor St W. meeting new + great people~ ,  catching up with friends, browsing the Uni. of Toronto buildings, touring the biggest library in Canada, &... you gotta hear this joke.

When I came here last time (which was about the same time last year), the crystal part of the ROM (Royal Ontario Museum) was still under construction and there wasn't much to see. But this time~ it was definitely quite different with the Darwin exhibition and the Dinosaur exhibits! & Of course the.....

Street artist drawing a replica of Vermeer’s “The Girl with Peral Ear Ring ” on the street. Yorkville/Bloor, Downtown Toronto. It is really quite similar to the oroiginal painting.

Stayed at my sis's apartment in downtown Toronto by the harbour front during my "temporary" move to Toronto. It has such a gorgeous view of the lake. I thought I was going to stay in Toronto and I even brought our cat from Vancouver along to Toronto. But I guess I just couldn't get used to the climate and environment.

Went to Toronto to visit my sister and attended the regional Golden Key conference hosted by the Ryerson University this time.

Checked in on Friday night for social networking event. Went to Mr. Green Jeans in the Eaton Mall for dinner.

Getting There: Flew Harmony Airways from YVR to YYZ (Toronto Pearson Int’l)
From airport to downtown Toronto: approx 30-40min by airport express to the Union Station.
Getting Around: Subway (& street car/tram) & Walk.
Weather: Half sunny, half rainy. Cold but it was alright.
