Vangelis Trigas: "Sinefiasmeni Kiriaki

He was born 1960 in Argos, Greece where he grew up in a musical environment with Rembetika, Laika songs and the bouzouki which quickly became his favorite instrument. As early as Primary School he started playing, taking his first lessons from his father.
He started working professionally at the age of 17 while a conservatory student. For the next 17 years he worked in nightclubs with some of the better-known singers in Greece, including the legendary Mary Linda in 1993.
Since 1992 he has concentrated his work in concert performances and in teaching the bouzouki, making his name as a virtuoso instrumentalist and master instructor.
