材料: (約可做50塊)
有鹽牛油 (較香) 150g
糖65g
伯爵茶包1包
淡忌廉35g
低筋粉180g

做法:
1. 預熱焗爐180度
2. 把已在室溫放軟之牛油與糖打成奶白色
3. 加入淡忌廉及茶葉, 打勻
4. 篩入低筋粉, 改用刮刀拌勻, 放入曲奇槍或唧袋, 唧好形狀即可放入焗爐, 焗約10分鐘或至面變金黃色即可.
