瘋麥原本已經寫好的網誌...就這麼不見了！！！（兩三百句髒話 + 淚留不停...），不過，為了Priscilla Ahn 普莉西雅，我心甘情願再來一次！ （murmur:BLOG上有寫到她，我整個與有榮焉！）

當你看到Priscilla，聽Priscilla的歌，是不是也會這樣想王菲呢？我這個世代的絕對但又輕輕淡淡的DIVA！

Priscilla長相和音質偶爾都有一點點雷同王菲，但是，她的創作絕對是專屬於他個人的精采！
而且，偶而，你也會依稀聽得到Dido、小紅莓的感覺
不過，在美國，他可是和諾拉瓊絲一樣都是來自品質保證的Blue Note.

台灣或許有些人知道他是因為她的歌很神奇的在實習醫師某季的最後重要兩集被完全播出～不過這首歌並沒有收錄在專輯裡面： Rain

如果2008是前一篇介紹的「A Fine Frenzy 美麗瞬間 / One Cell in the Sea 滄海一粟」，2009絕對就是「Priscilla Ahn 普莉西雅 / A Good Day 風和日麗」了！
每一首都非常好聽！！！

Youtube上很容易就找得到Priscilla的檔案，而且很多都是現場演唱版本，而且聽起來和CD裡面相去不大，聲音就是這麼透徹啊！

重點是聽說台灣的唱片公司只有進貨30還是50張，我已經搜刮掉一張了，大家如果愛也要趁快！

沿襲母親韓國姓氏、年僅24歲，卻已身兼歌手和音樂創作人的普莉西雅Priscilla Ahn，14歲時開始玩吉他、16歲時便已經在家附近、尋求登台演唱的機會。就在她面試國立大學時，一位音樂教授驚訝她的音樂才華後，甚至鼓吹她放棄求學、專心從事詞曲創作，才能掌握更多的人生機會。就在普莉西雅決定放手一搏、勇闖音樂創作之路後，她不但獲得Blue Note音樂才子艾摩斯李Amos Lee的欽點賞識，兩人更和名製作人Barrie Maguire共組三重樂團，巡迴洛杉磯演出。

儘管在洛杉磯時居無定所，甚至不惜當起女服務生以謀生計的Priscilla Ahn，依舊未曾忘情音樂、也不放棄任何演出機會。終於，Priscilla Ahn不但獲得創作民謠才子Joshua Radin的力邀合作，更獲得Blue Note的高層注意與一紙唱片合約。回憶起簽約過程，Priscilla Ahn說：「我也和其他唱片公司接觸過，但都不是我最想要的。因為我只想做自己喜歡的音樂。而且我以前就常說，如果要簽給唱片公司，我就會找Blue Note，因為他們一定會懂我。所以當美夢成真的那一劇，我真的很高興。」

在首張個人專輯《風和日麗A Good Day》中，儘管Priscilla Ahn本人親自演奏包括吉他、夏威夷吉他、鋼琴、大鍵琴、口琴...等多種樂器，但製作人Joey Waronker（*參與過Beck，REM的新輯錄製）卻選擇以精簡優雅的方式，將Priscilla Ahn的清亮歌喉擺在中央，再用一些音色輕淡的罕見樂器圍繞她。而參與本張專輯的樂手，則包括全美當今音樂怪才Greg Kurstin（The Bird And The Bee團員，曾製作過莉莉艾倫Lily Allen）、Gus Seyffert、Keefus Ciancia（*參與過Fiona Apple, Cassandra Wilson, T Bone Burnett等新輯錄製）、Zac Rae（*參與過Fiona Apple, Macy Gray等新輯錄製）、Mike Andrews（*電影【偶然與你相遇Me And You And Everyone We Know】配樂大師）、Ursula Knudsun、Oliver Kraus（*曾參與過Beth Orton、Liz Phair等新輯錄製）、Larry Goldings...等橫跨大提琴、弦樂編曲、爵士鍵盤等當今全美音樂界好手。此外，在琅琅上口的輕柔民謠作品〈Leave the Light On〉中，就連資深的節奏藍調樂手Jim Gilstrap和Orin Waters，也為Priscilla Ahn跨刀、獻聲助陣。
 
Priscilla Ahn的首張個人專輯《A Good Day》，基本調性是採民謠、鄉村和流行，但卻又不限於任何一種樂風。像Willie Nelson當初單飛時所唱的情歌〈Opportunity to Cry〉，就被Priscilla Ahn改成開朗的舞曲，但卻保留歌曲的傷感。然而，新專輯最引人注目的單曲，則是首推被全美熱門影集【實習醫生】第四季、片尾兩集連續完整引用的作品〈Dream〉，不但引爆全美網友的高度詢問，同時也讓Priscilla Ahn成為繼Psapp、Snow Patrol、The Fray、KT (KT Tunstall)之後，由該影集選用配樂所捧紅的最新人氣代表。
