台灣各地都有許多具代表性且優良的特產
至於何謂觀光特產呢?

所謂「觀光特產」：指在台灣生產，富有地方代表性，符合地方觀光形象特
色，品質特佳或地方才有的特產，須經妥善包裝及加工處理，產品保存期限至少
3天，提拿、寄送安全無虞慮之產品稱之。徵選類別如下:

一、「美食佳餚類」：點心食品、罐頭食品、調味醬、釀造食品、醃漬蔬果、地
　　方農特產品、冷凍食品、脫水食品、蛋品、良質米類、漁類加工食品、肉類
　　加工食品等。

二、「品茗醇酒類」：茶、酒、咖啡等。

三、「文化商品類」：具有其地方文化特色及精神的產品，以地方文化脈絡及特
　　質衍生出的特色商品，如：客家藍杉、原住民特色商品、白米社區的木屐、
