根據台灣連鎖暨加盟協會調查，二○○六年台灣的「休閒飲料店」有四十個品牌，店鋪數估計約三千兩百家。因為這種店家容易開開關關，很難實際計算出市場究竟有多大。不過曾有業者推估，台灣連鎖茶飲市場一年營業額至少有三十億。它大概也是台灣消費者除了便利商店外，每天最常造訪的通路。東方線上最新行銷資料庫調查，最近三個月有四成七的台灣民眾到過「連鎖茶飲店」。其中又以青少年（六五．一％）與二十到二十九歲的上班族（五八．六％）為主要消費族群。

旗下有罐裝茶飲品牌「御茶園」，維他露行銷主任蔡雅琪表示，因為人們愈來愈重視健康，台灣茶飲市場營業額去年突破兩百億。即使現在連鎖茶飲通路大行其道，仍然沒有影響到業績，「反而有互相帶動的效應。」

究竟，連鎖茶飲店讓人氣持續不墜的魅力是什麼？

不只賣一杯茶

重視企業品牌，在經營手法和品質上升級是個關鍵。像裝潢單調樸素，偏甜和多冰的調理方式，本來只有一間小攤子的清心福全，近年靠對外開放加盟，按兵不動地快速展開勢力。

清心福全成立二十年以來，向來低調，從不接受任何對外採訪。最近清心福全才在網站上宣布加盟名額已滿，暫停開放加盟。
