Do expensive keywords'
top SERPs usually have higher average PR?

The PR I am talking about is Google toolbar PR

My question is:

When we run Google to search those high value or expensive keywords do you find
the top results more often have an average high PR?

What is your experience?

Is it possible to make a profit from a keyword tracker tool?

My friend Judy asked me to make some $ from keyword SERP checkers.



We want to combine some SEO tools to
help customers to track their requested keywords.



The tool we want to design can auto-search keywords and auto-create
SERP reports for each members.



But we do not know :: Are web-masters going to pay for the services and reports?



We really need your opinions.

Is this Google search results raising slow or fast?

for a keyword has 5,700,000 result pages from google searching

this site rank reports:

11/12/2008 none

11/21/2008 rank# 518

11/23/2008 rank# 427

we can see the rank is going up.

My Question: I don't know is it slow or fast in general?

How to find high traffic keyword?

target:

"Google" or "Yahoo" search engine for high traffic keywords



I think my biggest problem is I can create web-sites but I do not know which
target keyword I shall focus on for a better traffic.



Make it simple : I may know the market but I am blind of finding keywords.

Is it a matter for having too many backlinks from a same site?

The question really bother us.

Is it good or bad that search engines list your backlinks almost all from a same
site?

Does it do any good for SEO if we change or switch signature links regularly.

Let's say.

Apple forum site has signature [link A] switch with Orange forum site which has
signature [link B] every the end of every month.
