Nice beginning

Today is my first working day at the human performance lab. Things are quite different from what we got at Waterloo. Talked with whole bunch of colleagues about this and that shoes, and they actually showed me a number of prototypes from adidas. Trust me, these future shoes are REALLY REALLY REALLY different from what we see today in the market. Guess what, im feeling like im a sponge standing in front of a sea of what i want.

About Calgary

1, it is pretty cheap for car rental here - 26 dollars/day for the 2006 Mazda 6! cars of the same standard will be charged for at least $80 in T.O. plus, here is nothing like the extra $25 for drivers under age of 25. however, the gas is bitta more expensive.

2, nowhere to live. the city is totally packed. to find a place to live is really a 'mission impossible'.

3, ppl are nice.

4, the entire city is exercising.
