Mom n' dad moved to Canada carrying eight huge baggages of stuff; one of the eight was packed with my kicks. I'm not a sneakerhead collecting limited editions - not loaded enough, but I did keep all my worn-out ones (or say, they helped me to). Reason? Caus each of them has a story behind that I wouldn't ever like to forget, tho for some I could now hardly recall anymore. 

The one occupying my deepest memory must be the very very first Nike I got. Dad bought it for approximately $130USD from the states back then in 1997 (gosh, that's almost 10 yrs ago already!!). Labeled as Air TL, it was equipped with full-length max air. Great cushioning, yeah, for certain. The look is pretty neat meanwhile. As far as I could tell, back then most the full-length-air shoes, the high-end Nikes in other words, were dedicatedly designed (shame on their modern-day counterparts). The only problem I had with my one was its relatively narrow forefoot volume which couldn't actually fit my foot type very well.

If lemme rank all my shoes today, guess what, it's still gonna top the rest.

Gonna do a TA job teaching biomechanics in this coming term. I know, it's not anyhow that much challenging, and, actually, I'm quite excited n' confident about doing it. But still, I'm not too sure how far I could go, I mean, as a lecturer. Gotta practice more on my speaking + start to pick up the stuff learnt 2 yrs ago.

仔细一想啊，我真是哪都没去过。应该好好计划一次旅行。

下午去买矮帮AJ XIV。打着车，踩油，拐，停，泊，步行，要号，交钱，回家。

。。。

初二时候，AJ穿着这双球鞋完成那经典的最后一投。华美的XIV被放在货价的最最最顶端。那时的自己，手捧着店里的展示鞋，脚一步也挪不动。心想着如果有那么一天，能买下这双鞋子，人生也就没什么遗憾了。

初中最爱逗留的地方便是棉纺厂旁坑坑洼洼的土地球场。四周的杨树遮着石椅。夏夜里，扔自行车在一旁，和好友坐在树下，边海聊边偷尝啤酒的味道（那时候蚊子还不咬我呢，怎么现在全跟我跑）。“那些能在木地板上打球的人幸福死了”，“是，要有天我能在木板地上打球，我肯定住馆里边，天天打”。于是，第二日，蹬着自行车跑到市里唯一的球馆外边，扒着窗户试图看看里边到底是个啥样。看看那些在木板上打球的人有多享受。

今天，很少光顾一脚油远的球馆。

不是之前的梦想太容易实现，只是，七年，七年后的自己，仿佛失去知觉。生活变化得太多，太快。整个人也越来越不知足，不懂得珍惜。

也许，人便是如此。有了山腰的房子便想要山顶的；有了BMW就想要Lamborghini。脱离物质，追求点神圣的，譬如宗教。于是，中东战火连绵。那天看05世界城市会议，里边便谈到了宗教多元化的不可行性和潜在危机。

跑题，最近老这样。

虽不再会为新鞋兴奋得睡不着觉，我仍是喜欢，非常喜欢，新买的AJ XIV Low。

滚动条往下一拉，那个，好久没写字了。照旧，忙是借口，懒是原因。

工打得累，但还是挺美的（不是在挺美打）。每天卖千把块钱的鞋是小，重要是有机会跟各种各样的人打上交道。落一职业病也，现在跟街上一走，见人都本能地问句号子狗英。

车终于是选了Jetta。02的GLX VR6 model。不懂太多门道，但感觉开起来确实是不一样。VW的二手给两年四万的保，dealer的服务也很是好。
