當然是鵝肝囉,香濃滑潤入口即化,吃完還口齒留香,,,突然好想吃粉肝...

鵝肝. 因為鵝離絕種還有很長一段距離. 再著口味濃重的鵝肝, 使用的難度比較低, 在家自己買來做比較不會"全組歹了了"

我選的是鵝肝,因為被它附的牛排吸引了,而且魚翅的製造方法看起來很人工,不太符合料理東西軍的食材,依照慣例,先不說誰贏,講講看你選什麼吧!
