【情境】： 模擬國外客人來信。內容如下：
1. 恭賀新總統當選，並表達相信台灣經濟在通過開明的政策（例：小三通）後將會大好。
2. 此外，曾想去西伯利亞發展煤礦事業，但因對當地環境不熟悉而作罷。今有意重拾開發西伯利亞煤礦事業的興趣，盼 貴公司幫忙派人赴當地考察（因該聯絡人曾在西伯利亞住過很多年），並以E-mail回報當地情況。

Congratulations on Taiwan Economic Growth After Election and Request Assistance in Business Development in Siberia
Dear Jens,
We have heard the Presidential Election of Taiwan had been concluded successfully and peacefully and the new President will adopt more open and liberal policies to manage the business affairs between Taiwan and China Mainland. We believe that it will be a turning point of economic growth for Taiwan and sincerely would like to convey our congratulations for it accordingly.
Moreover, so far as we know, we were interested in the development of coal mine business in Siberia but withdrew it on account of that we were unfamiliar with th entire environment there. Since you have mentioned that you had lived there for quite a long time, please kindly assist us to make on-the-spot investigation in Siberia and advise us the local situation by e-mails.
Your great efforts on this matter will be appreciated.
