【情境】： 寫信抱怨國外廠商。內容如下：
本公司向貴公司採購的葵花油檢驗出遭受污染，原因在於驗出儲油槽曾被裝過有毒油體。因為食用油的選擇是要非常小心的，非常訝異對方居然拿污染的儲油槽來裝食用葵花油，簡直是拿人命開玩笑...。

Claim for the Retainted Sunflower Oil
Dear Josef,
With regard to the order No. 58413 of the sunflower oil which we have purchased from you has been examined that they are tainted. The most unbelieveable is that it has been resulted from that the oil storage tank has been filled with toxic oil previously. We are totally frightened by this investigation report and indeed irritated by your inhuman attitude.
Nowadays, people are highly concerned the topic of health care, not to mention the importance of the selection of the eatable oil. We are completely astonlished that you would have refilled the sunflower oil into these retainted oil tank. This act is entirely playing a joke to human life and is denifitely unacceptable. All the contiuous orders in the following months will be cancelled accordingly.
We are suffering a huge loss and our reputation has been damaged seriously. We are surely that all the loss and compensation should be for your account and we might resort to the legal methods until we receive satisifactory solutions from you.
