Article 1： In order to study and advance indigo dyeing, Taiwan Indigo Dyeing Society is hereby established（ below abbreviated as the society）.
Article 2： The society is established based on laws, as the social organization with non-profit purpose.
Article 3： The society takes the national administrative regional as organizational one.
Article 4： Society address is at where the chief organization locates as branches shall be established under report and approval by the chief one. As to the organizational brief rules of the above branches shall be set by the directorate, reported to the chief organization and carried out after approval. Address establishment and change of the society and branch shall be reported to chief organization for review.
Article 5： Missions of the society are listed as follows：
I. Join international indigo dyeing t relevant organization as R.O.C. representative and participate in its relevant activities.
II. Organize domestic indigo dyeing related advancement and activities.
III. Operated national and international indigo dyeing activities.
IV. Domestic indigo dyeing activity and participation of quality review and recommendation issues for international activities.
V. Invitation and arrangement for international indigo dyeing activity into
VI. Issues like indigo dyeing education, advanced study for indigo dyeing skill, quality review, checking, recommendation, registration, correction and professional training; in addition, the society assists relevant units for carrying out tasks such as indigo dyeing technical examination, review and test.
VII. Entrusted to operate domestic and international indigo dyeing related business of study, activity, training, competition, exhibition, relevant investigation, research, plan, operational management, etc.
VIII. Edit and publish indigo dyeing relevant documents, books, works, material, records, etc.
VIIII. Operate relevant welfare business of members.
XX. Participate and assist other activities of other natural dyeing.
