I have a headache and feel ill so not much of an update going on here.


Updated the wordcounts. Due to the explosion and lack of time, I definitely won't manage 100k for Sven, but I'll be happy with 90k instead. Meanwhile as I'm a challenge freak, I've signed up for the novella in a month thing for May and the Antipodean version of NaNoWriMo, which is called SoCNoC (Southern Cross Novel Challenge, in June - midwinter here in NZ).


I watched Chen Kaige's 'The Emperor and the Assassin' today and liked it very much. Oh how I missed hearing 陛下, 陛下! The actor who played Lu BuWei reminded me a bit of the one who played FF in Tang Dynasty series. Not in looks but definitely in his personality.


Next week we are off to Christchurch on a week's holiday. Yay! We will meet up with some of the girls from the NZ forum as a lot of them are in Chch, also we'll be staying with Moorf and her husband one night. It will be weird calling everyone by their real names and not their forum names. Mind you, Laura still calls me by my first forum name and I call her by hers.


My 'Blood & Bone' picture I drew last year for that fic I never wrote (LMAO) is now in Jessie's boarding school dorm. As it's fairly obviously slashy in tone I wonder what sort of reaction it will get @@
