今年的Pritzker是妹島和世跟西澤立衛組成的SANAA獲獎!! 剛好前幾天才去台灣演講過....另外在士林他們的建築原型展剛開幕....阿.....下次去日本好想去金澤美術館逛逛哦..
妹島和世（1956年－）是一位近代日本的知名女建築師，出生於日本茨城縣。現任慶應義塾大學理工學部教授。
她在1981年從日本女子大學碩士班畢業之後，就進入了日本名建築師伊東豐雄的事務所工作，14年後，與西澤立衛成立了SANAA建築設計事務所。2004年，兩人以金澤21世紀美術館贏得了當年的威尼斯建築雙年展的金獅獎。2010年，SANAA獲得建築界最高榮譽普利茲克獎。
妹島和世的建築風格逐漸的受到世人注目，她與SANAA建築設計事務所的作品，多帶有重要的「穿透性」風格。大量的運用玻璃外牆等材質，讓建築感覺輕而且飄浮。亦有報導稱其為「穿透、流動」式的建築。
西澤立衛（1966年 - ），日本建築師，橫濱國立大學準教授。建築師西澤大良是他親哥哥。2010年，西澤立衛及妹島和世獲得建築界最高榮譽普利茲克獎。觀看全文...

images of the stile bertone designed alfa romeo pandion have been released prior to the upcoming
geneva autoshow. while other companies focus on sustainability and green initiatives, alfa romeo
continues to focus on speed and performance. the car has lots of aerodynamic styling details that are intersected with see through elements made of clear plastic. these window panels give the car a very unique profile that isn’t the typical divide between the windows and the paneling. The rear of the car is also very unusual with a variety of pieces sticking out, like a stack of threads. the design of the new car was lead by jason castriota and details of the power train and other specifications will follow when the concept car is released at the 2010 geneva auto show this march.

'batucada' is a collection of vases, hanging lamps and trays by brazilian designer brunno jahara.
all made from 100% aluminum, they come in various shapes, sizes and colors and are anodized
in shades of green, blue, grey, purple, red and golden yellow. in portuguese, 'batucada' stands for
a percussion beat used in carnival parties. in brazil, people in some communities play instruments
made of tins, aluminum pots and other alternative materials, influencing brunno to merge
music and design with this collection.
in brazil, 98% of the aluminum produced is recycled, making it one of the top countries in the
world rank for aluminum recycling. this is primarily due to the large network of 'catadores' -
people who search trash for recyclable materials. it is cheaper to produce a ton of recycled
aluminum than it is to produce the same amount in new aluminum. jahara uses the anodizing
process to make the metal 30% stronger than steel and to give the pieces a vividly colored finish.
